Doctors who consult for CMC do so under their personal responsibility and all complaints need to be addressed to the individual doctors concerned.
CMC is a consulting clinic and is not liable out of hours -we do however recommend other independent providers who may be able to help out of hours in parts of London. We do not accept liability for the performance of these out of hours companies or doctors.
We do not have an ongoing Duty of Care out of hours and patients should register with an NHS GP for this. Emergency callers are recommended to dial 999 or attend their local A+E department.
We can cater for disabled patients and have full disabled access to all areas of CMC.
All patient details and records are kept in the strictest of confidence.
If you wish to have something translated to your first language or explained in further detail please ask and we will contact our translation service immediately.

Our staff have the right to work in an environment free from violent, threatening or abusive behaviour and everything will be done to protect that right. At no time will any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour be tolerated.
